Raife is charged with expanding Compono’s footprint globally and developing key business partnerships that will improve the world of work.
Raife is a strong believer in the power of technology and how it can advance business productivity and enable people’s lives to be easier. He’s seen how HR software tools are evolving to disrupt the traditional models of hiring and managing talent, and believes there is vast opportunity in optimising the workforce.
“Compono is a rare breed for a HR tech company that is Australian owned and able to service customers with a suite of SaaS products that vastly improves talent acquisition, retention and learning. Its culture-led approach that looks at understanding staff behaviours and desired company culture should not be under-estimated in how it can provide a competitive advantage for firms. The modular platform integrates seamlessly with all sized business models and gives management the ability to utilise their workforce data, and to improve their productivity and retention. When the opportunity arose to introduce Compono to the global staffing sector, I leapt at the chance.”
Prior to joining Compono, Raife served as the Group CEO of Applyflow, a global provider of HR technology SaaS products for recruitment agencies and corporate hiring. He spearheaded the launch of Adzuna in Australia and New Zealand, and has also held senior positions at Hoover’s, Living Social, Dun & Bradstreet, and The Dialog Corporation.
Raife holds degrees in Economics from the University of Queensland, and Accountancy and Finance from the Queensland University of Technology.
