After you connect, this BambooHR integration adds a new Sync button to the job screen in Compono Hire.

This will open a dialog box to let you begin the process to sync a candidate. In addition to the new Sync button, each time you move a candidate to the ‘Hired’ status, the sync dialog will automatically open so you can sync as part of your Compono Hire workflow. BambooHR Integration and How To Connect It

What will it do?

This integration will automatically create new employee profiles in your HRIS and kick-start the onboarding process. Set up only takes a few minutes. When a candidate is 'hired' with Compono Hire, the user will be prompted to sync that candidate through to BambooHR. This will automatically create a new employee profile in BambooHR and pre-populate that profile.
