After you connect, this HiBob integration adds a new Sync button to the job screen in Compono Hire.

This will open a dialog box to let you begin the process to sync a candidate. In addition to the new Sync button, each time you move a candidate to the ‘Hired’ status, the sync dialog will automatically open so you can sync as part of your Compono Hire workflow. HiBob Integration and How To Connect It

What will it do?

This integration will automatically create new employee profiles in your HRIS and kick-start the onboarding process. Set up only takes a few minutes. When a candidate is 'hired' with Compono Hire, the user will be prompted to sync that candidate through to HiBob. This will automatically create a new employee profile in HiBob and pre-populate that profile.

A Compono Hire administrator performs a one-time setup and configures the integration
